Our Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 10/08/2018.

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate.

Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning that the process may take longer.

Your statutory rights

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns:
  • No fuss, No quibble returns!
  • You have 14 days to let us know you wish to return an item for a refund
  • Refund/s will be issued within 3 days of receiving the returned goods
  • We advise returning your item/s via your local postal service and retaining proof of postage
  • Return postal costs will not be refunded unless decided to at our discretion
  • When returning an item/s please include your order number (displayed in email confirmation) & your full name including address
  • We will only accept returns if the item/s are in the same condition as we posted to you
  • PLEASE NOTE: Items must be still be sealed within their shrink wrap or as you received the item.

Exchanges:

  • You have 14 days to let us know you wish to return an item for exchange
  • We will only accept an exchange if the item/s are in the same condition as we posted to you 
  • Exchanges are dependent on stock and are accepted at our discretion 
  • When returning an item/s please include your order number (displayed in email confirmation) & your full name including address
  • We advise returning your item/s via your local postal service and retaining proof of postage 
  • Return postal costs will not be refunded unless decided to at our discretion
